Each year curriculum is reviewed and revised based on feedback from the community and extensive research.

Every year one new school must be added to the network in the urban slums and rural areas

Enlightened Future of Gwadar

"Gwadar" - a combination of two Baluchi words: guad meaning wind and dar meaning gateway, thus Gwadar stands for "the gateway of wind".

Gwadar is a port district in the southwestern coast of Baluchistan province of Pakistan. Its economy largely depends on fishing. Unfortunately, it is highly neglected for necessities such as clean water, health, and hygiene, with education being last on the list. Project to transform Gwadar began in 2012 based on research that 4000 kids between 8-15 years of age are out of school. We opened our first school in 2016 in Gotri, Jiwani, and the second one in 2018 in Kohsar, Jiwani. We are slated to establish 10 more schools in Gwadar district by 2025.

Uplifting Lyari

Lyari is one of the most deprived areas of Karachi. Baithak launched a Parho Lyari - Barho Lyari project. Meaning. Study Lyari - Grow Lyari. This effort is to provide basic rights at grass root level of free, quality primary education. With Parho Lyari- Barho Lyari Project we hope to reach out to all school age children, deprived of education by establishing a Baithak School in nearly all union councils of Lyari to completely uplift the town. Cost of establishing and running a school is $60,000.
